Techarenan launches ZERO – a solution-oriented tech and sustainability event gathering 700 decision-makers

Techarenan announces the second edition of ZERO, an international tech and sustainability event in Stockholm on October 23, 2024. The event will focus on sustainable solutions and opportunities within the sustainable transition. 

ZERO will gather 700 leading decision-makers, entrepreneurs, investors, politicians, and experts to network, collaborate, get inspired, and discuss ways to ZERO some of society’s biggest challenges

The initiative aims to create a strong foundation that allows more industries to speed up change and find ways to implement innovative sustainable solutions. This year’s event will have increased networking opportunities, featuring a digital platform for pre-booking meetings and matchmaking, as well as round tables, side events, and mingling activities.

“We have seen a high demand for business-driven sustainability topics on our stages and last year’s ZERO event was vastly overbooked. Therefore, we decided to make this year’s event much bigger, with a clear strategy to continue growing the platform and community in the coming years. Our goal is to showcase that there are great successes and opportunities in the shift towards ZERO. We will bring international leaders that can be learned from and inspire our decision-makers,” says Omid Ekhlasi, CEO and Founder of Techarenan.

Attracting a global audience

The ZERO event is supported by the Swedish Institute (SI), The city of Stockholm, and Teknikföretagen (Technology Industries of Sweden) amongst others. The ambition is to join forces to create one of the most relevant platforms and international arenas for sustainability and tech in Europe, and to bring together participants from different parts of the world.

Techarena ZERO will take place at Nacka Strand on October 23, 2024, a former car factory in western Stockholm preserved from the 19th century.
